This ‘summer core series’ is a great opportunity to build (and maintain) strong core muscles!

Why do we need core strength?

Your core muscles play a huge role in your everyday activities, from getting out of bed,

to walking down the street, and bending over to put on your shoes.

But most importantly, they literally help you stay upright!

Strong core muscles are also important for athletes, such as runners, as weak core muscles

can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.

Weak core muscles will increase the risk of poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries.

This training of 6 sessions of 50 minutes is for anyone that wants to tone and strengthen

the core (and help and support with weight loss). It will be a mixture of basic, intermediate

and advanced exercises, accessible for people that have a good fitness level.

Therefore, if you suffer from a serious condition/injury (back, hip, shoulders,… or heart related issues),

this training may not be suitable for you.
